Imagine the countertop installers come ask the customer for their vanity faucets to determine where to drill the faucet holes only to find wall mount faucets. All of the sudden, everything needs to be reworked. The cabinets need to be pulled. The plumber needs to come back. Do we need to repair the sheetrock? When can we get the cabinet installer back to reinstall the cabinets. Ack. Did that cabinet get damaged?
